Babylonstoren, Candide 2022

Lying in the shadow of the Simonsburg and Du Toitskloof mountains of South Africa's Franschhoek Valley, the history of the sustainably farmed vineyards & orchards of Babylonstoren can be traced back to the 17th Century. Candide 2022 is made from a blend of 36% Chardonnay, 25% Sémillon, 16.5% Chenin Blanc, 12.5% Roussanne and 10% Viognier. Refreshing yet complex, with lovely tropical flavours rounded off with a lingering, fresh acidity. A super versatile and very food-friendly white.
